The venue is enchanting and gorgeous with kind staff. Tidy soundproof rooms, clean bathroom, sensational breakfast. Lots of food in the hotel, traditional restaurant.

I loved buffet breakfasts with waffles, pancakes, even frozen yoghurt.

the location of the hotel was fantastic, just a minute's walk from the metro station and right across the street from Bercy Village. We loved exploring the village, with its lovely restaurants and shops. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the eco-friendly steps they were taking, which we really appreciated.

The pillows in the room were not very comfortable, and when we asked for another one, the reception staff said it wasn't possible. Communication with the staff was not efficient, as they didn't know or didn't want to help when we asked basic questions.

The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent. It was near the metro station and there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The wifi was also great, even after checking out. I was able to print my tickets using the computer and printer provided. The room was clean and sufficient, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver. The hotel was also quiet, which was nice. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location is fantastic - just a few blocks from the metro station and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and dining out. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist me during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Plus, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.
